- Operate EDM machines to perform tasks such as die sinking process etc.
- Prepare and set up job and parts onto the machines.
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate quality and quantity of parts.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Monitor EDM machine process according the Setting Sheet or induction giving by Superior or HOD.
- Ensure the shop floor cleanliness all the time.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
